Responsibilities

• Scale the central quality control program, increasing auditing hours and auditor headcount without sacrificing reliability
• Augment auditing workflows using LLM tools and prompt engineering to increase efficiency
• Embed quality processes into the broader Delivery organization through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

• 4+ years in forward-deployed engineering, strategy and operations, or technical program management
• Technical degree in a STEM field (Engineering, CS, Physics, Statistics, or Economics)
• Highly technical ability to deploy AI tools across complex operational workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage, fast-growing startups
• Track record of solving messy operational or cross-functional problems
• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma process-improvement frameworks
