About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the University’s strategic performance framework, translating priorities into measurable outcomes and KPIs.
- Provide high-level strategic advice to senior leaders and governance bodies to shape investment and organizational performance.
- Build strong partnerships across faculties and portfolios to drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling performance narratives for executive leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic planning, performance management, or organizational performance roles within large, complex environments.
- Strong ability to translate data and strategic intent into actionable insights using KPI/OKR frameworks and analytics.
- Demonstrated success providing strategic advice to senior executives and contributing to executive-level reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to lead performance discussions and build trusted relationships.
- Highly developed leadership and communication skills, including experience managing teams and driving complex initiatives.
