About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the acquisition pipeline to expand the distribution network with new strategic partners
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to drive performance
  • Monitor partner performance and revenue generation through data analysis
  • Collaborate with regional teams to amplify brand presence and revenue growth
  • Define journey strategy, product inputs, and measurement for the partnership lifecycle
  • Build senior relationships and act as a face of the company in industry forums
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in partnership sales or B2B sales
  • Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Proven ability to run full commercial cycles and close high-impact deals
  • Ability to craft value-driven partnership proposals
  • Experience working with product, supply, and marketing teams for integrations and onboarding
  • Proficiency in CRM hygiene, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills using first principles thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling sales or business development functions in a startup environment
  • Ability to thrive in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Deep understanding of market trends and competitor dynamics
