About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Tax Senior Leadership Team to execute strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of national projects, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage and report on key operational metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation through implementation, including risk management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support organizational change management activities associated with new strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, business updates, and leadership communications.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across the firm to ensure alignment with strategy.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience within a professional services firm.
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and change management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in working with data, reporting tools, and business intelligence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or a relevant professional designation.
