About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Tax Senior Leadership Team to execute strategic priorities and operational initiatives.
- Support the implementation of national projects, operational improvements, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage and report on key operational metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Conduct trend analysis and provide actionable insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects from initiation through implementation, including risk management and stakeholder coordination.
- Support organizational change management activities associated with new strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, business updates, and leadership communications.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships across the firm to ensure alignment with strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience within a professional services firm.
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and change management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in working with data, reporting tools, and business intelligence.

- MBA or a relevant professional designation.
