Manager, Strategic Operations

About the Company

RADAR is building the data infrastructure layer for the physical world, starting with retail. Our hardware-enabled SaaS platform uses proprietary overhead sensors, software, and AI-powered analytics to locate every product in a store, continuously, down to the fixture.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP Brand Strategy on annual and quarterly strategic planning processes
• Translate company strategy into project plans with clear ownership and business outcomes
• Establish and maintain structured meeting cadences, business reviews, and project updates
• Track progress against strategic goals and KPIs to drive accountability
• Serve as a central coordinator across engineering, product, customer, commercial, and legal functions
• Introduce and standardize project management tools, templates, and governance frameworks
• Drive highly-cross functional special projects in ambiguous environments
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain an internal communications calendar for strategic messaging

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience, preferably in technology or high-growth startups
• Proven success leading cross-functional programs from planning through execution
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex findings into recommendations
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• High business acumen and emotional intelligence
• Familiarity with program and project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to operate in environments where structures and processes are still being established

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail technology
• Experience coaching non-PM business leaders in project management best practices
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination
