About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the COO in designing and maintaining internal organizational systems, playbooks, and working frameworks
- Maintain institutional knowledge through searchable internal resources and documentation
- Lead internal initiatives and change management to improve ways of working
- Oversee day-to-day technology operations, including employee access, licensing, and IT vendor management
- Coordinate data protection practices, backups, and continuity safeguards
- Partner with accounting to maintain financial visibility, monitor spending, and oversee expense and travel processes
- Coordinate board engagement cycles, leadership materials, and investor inquiries
- Manage leadership time prioritization and coordinate key company events and offsites
- Advance high-priority special projects led by the leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Strategic Operations, Business Ops, or high-level operational support
- Experience in software implementations and organizational change management
- Proficiency in managing hardware logistics, software licenses, and basic troubleshooting
- Deep experience building complex databases and project management hubs in Notion or similar software
- Comfort with accounting, budget tracking, and platforms like Ramp
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- 2+ years of experience within a Series A or Series B stage company
