Manager, Strategic Initiatives, Private Wealth

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects from initiation through implementation to achieve business results, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Act as a trusted advisor to business groups, influencing and negotiating to achieve strategic objectives
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including business, operational, and technology deliverables
• Mitigate execution risks and manage project interdependencies through proactive critical thinking
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, technology resources, and external vendors
• Develop project management artifacts and ensure change management plans are implemented to drive adoption
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and provide data-driven recommendations to project sponsors
• Manage overall project budgets and validate financial forecasts

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience
• 3-6 years of dedicated project management experience
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
• In-depth stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to navigate challenging situations and resolve project issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
