About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver strategic communication plans, executive messaging, and change management solutions for Wealth Management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business partners and leaders, providing professional communications counsel and direction.
  • Lead the execution of communication solutions across various channels, including leadership messages, intranets, town halls, newsletters, and social media.
  • Distill complex and technical information into clear, actionable key messages for diverse target audiences.
  • Develop strategies and tools to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
  • Identify emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making and proactively manage business/group change management activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities and company standards.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in strategic communications or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth writing and editing skills with a "straight-talk" and storytelling approach.
  • Proven ability to distill complex information into easily understood content.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional influence, negotiation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with senior leadership.
