Manager - Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of inside sales professionals, setting objectives and guiding them toward sales goals.
• Drive business development through key strategic customers to achieve sustainable growth.
• Identify, create, and develop new strategic accounts to contribute to organizational growth.
• Map key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts to manage end-to-end relationships.
• Act as a single point of contact for strategic customers, understanding their needs and proposing value-based solutions.
• Coordinate closely with internal business, sales, operations, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead regular business reviews, performance discussions, and roadmap alignments with customers.
• Proactively escalate and resolve customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to provide input for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
