About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team of 8-10 senior Account Managers focused on food and beverage sellers
- Drive revenue growth and logo retention for a portfolio of large restaurant accounts
- Provide 1:1 coaching and performance management for senior Account Managers
- Serve as a senior escalation point for customer challenges, including in-person meetings
- Act as a vertical expert to influence product teams and serve as the customer voice
- Create operational efficiencies through streamlined, repeatable processes
- Foster cross-functional collaboration through beta programs and product insights
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- 5+ years of experience directly managing metrics-driven customer-facing teams in a high-growth tech company
- Proven experience leading high-performing teams in mid-market or enterprise segments
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and develop independent plans of action
- Excellent written communication skills for senior internal stakeholders
