Manager, Store Experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce website operations, including product building, listings, and site styling.
• Manage digital album campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring global alignment and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to plan and execute on-site promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and data to adjust strategies and improve ROI.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock between vendors, and ensure accurate warehouse delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-Commerce (experience within the music industry is a plus).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Shopify.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across marketing teams, clients, and various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Background in inventory management and digital campaign execution.
