About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers
- Partner with Sales leadership to drive new, retained, and expansion ARR
- Guide the team through complex customer evaluations and technical challenges
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy
- Hire and onboard top talent to elevate team capabilities
- Refine demo strategies and proof-of-concept methodologies
Requirements
- 3+ years of people management experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or professional services
- Progressive experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep knowledge of the data and analytics space (CDPs, data warehouses, analytics tools)
- Proven track record of working with sales teams to drive revenue
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing workloads in a dynamic, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in management consulting or strategic operations
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, or Contentsquare
- Familiarity with the modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery, Segment, or Hightouch)
