Manager, Solutions Engineering - Digital Natives

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical aspects of the sales process for the Digital Natives segment
• Lead and mentor a multifaceted team of Solutions Engineers through the entire sales cycle
• Refine the strategic vision for the Solutions Engineering function
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Research teams
• Act as the escalation technical contact for key clients and executive stakeholders
• Champion a customer-first approach and advocate for innovative AI applications

• Experience developing and executing large-scale technical success strategies
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams across multiple EMEA markets
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
