Manager, Solution Architects AEC

Responsibilities

• Empower and mentor a collaborative team of solution architects, fostering professional growth and establishing design best practices.
• Oversee the architecture of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with product capabilities, security standards, and scalability requirements.
• Partner strategically with sales and customer experience teams to support key accounts and translate business challenges into practical solutions.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with product management and engineering to influence the future product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Define and optimize scalable processes for team engagements and track success metrics to drive innovation in solution delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing technical teams within solution architecture, systems engineering, or related enterprise roles.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and system integration.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical needs for diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS solutions.
• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or TOGAF.
