Manager, Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team to execute ambitious product and technical roadmaps
• Hire, onboard, and retain top talent while fostering a healthy, high-growth environment
• Set the technical vision and take ownership of the scalability, stability, and performance of the Ad Serving platform
• Partner closely with business, product, and operations teams to build core features that optimize ad selection and delivery
• Make pragmatic technical decisions and take complete ownership of impactful initiatives
• Develop deep domain knowledge of the advertising business to better understand systems and data

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience building large-scale distributed backend systems
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
• Proven experience working with complex, low-latency, and revenue-critical distributed systems
• Strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in the advertising technology domain
• Experience fostering AI-first thinking within engineering teams to drive innovation
