Manager Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to build and maintain scalable web applications
• Leverage Next.js features including server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes
• Design, develop, and implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js components
• Optimize web performance, SEO, and security features within Next.js applications
• Drive technical excellence and mentor developers within the engineering organization

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of experience in software development
• Strong development expertise in Next.js and React.js
• Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
