Manager, Software Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple developers across delivery pods, ensuring technical excellence and architectural integrity.
• Guide teams on architectural decisions and set technical direction for robust, scalable solutions.
• Remove engineering blockers and facilitate cross-functional technical discussions to maintain delivery timelines.
• Manage people development through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and individual development plans.
• Champion Responsible AI (RAI) guidelines to ensure models and systems are explainable, fair, and auditable.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and technical outcomes to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Support resource planning, hiring, and candidate assessment for engineering roles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or management role.
• Proven experience managing and growing engineers across different levels.
• Familiarity with AI/ML solutions and modern MLOps or software delivery practices.
• Strong ability to translate technical complexity into clear communication for clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of driving architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.
