Responsibilities

• Ideate and manage the execution of social content across owned organic, paid, and retail channels
• Support growth, engagement, awareness, and brand love across social channels
• Evolve Starface’s creative approach across existing platforms and emerging channels
• Maintain brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries
• Manage, mentor, and support one direct report
• Lead creative brainstorming and oversee content execution
• Source, brief, contract, and manage creators and influencers
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, retail, and creative
• Translate marketing and brand briefs into social-first creative ideas
• Balance quantity and quality of output across platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social with a creative or art direction background
• Experience managing at least one direct report
• Deep understanding of digital culture, specifically Gen Z and Gen Alpha
• Strong eye for social-first creative and platform-native content
• Experience working with creators, including writing briefs and managing assets
• Strong communication and idea-selling skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
