Manager, Social Affiliate

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the affiliate strategy across the US to drive DTC revenue growth
• Shape the regional affiliate and partner plan, setting priorities for promotions and partnerships
• Lead management of the AWIN affiliate network in partnership with Account Managers
• Identify, onboard, and grow affiliate partners including influencers, cashback, and content partners
• Lead commercial negotiations with the network and individual partners
• Plan and lead affiliate campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives
• Own performance against KPIs and analyze trends for optimization
• Partner with eCommerce, Marketing, Performance, Social, and Creative teams
• Oversee day-to-day affiliate platform and network management
• Manage promotional codes, sample send-outs, and commission adjustments
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and technical execution
• Manage budgets, vendors, and contract coordination with Legal

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in affiliate, partner, or performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, networks, and platforms
• Proven experience managing affiliate networks (AWIN preferred)
• Experience leading commercial negotiations with partners
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance gains
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
