About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a growing team of Account Executives to increase revenue against individual and team goals
  • Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and high performance
  • Support direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings
  • Hire, train, and ramp new account executives on sales processes
  • Manage KPIs, including hourly/daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Build predictable and repeatable sales funnel processes
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast meetings
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to increase revenue and customer success
  • Evolve sales strategy, processes, and tactics to improve performance

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of sales management experience leading quota-carrying Account Executives
  • 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding targets
  • Experience in hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives
  • Proven track record of collaborating across different teams
  • Expertise in creating structure around sales metrics
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
