About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach a team of approximately 8 Account Executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews to achieve quarterly targets
- Hire, onboard, and provide ongoing professional development and coaching to ensure team growth and success
- Work cross-functionally to solve strategic problems and manage key projects
- Create training content and provide tactical feedback to drive high performance
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles, including customer success and a growth mindset
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in complex selling motions
- 1-2+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting through to closing
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
