About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives to hit aggressive revenue targets
- Own the SMB revenue number, managing the full cycle from pipeline generation to close
- Build and refine repeatable sales motions, playbooks, and cadences for consistent performance
- Coach representatives on discovery, objection handling, and deal execution within a high-velocity cycle
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to optimize conversion, retention, and expansion
- Recruit and develop top-tier SMB sales talent as the segment scales
Requirements
- Proven experience building and running a high-velocity sales motion with strong process discipline
- Hands-on coaching skills with a track record of driving accountability and team performance
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and key sales metrics
- Data-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- Ability to work out of the Salt Lake City office four days per week
