About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives to hit aggressive revenue targets
  • Own the SMB revenue number, managing the full cycle from pipeline generation to close
  • Build and refine repeatable sales motions, playbooks, and cadences for consistent performance
  • Coach representatives on discovery, objection handling, and deal execution within a high-velocity cycle
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to optimize conversion, retention, and expansion
  • Recruit and develop top-tier SMB sales talent as the segment scales

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and running a high-velocity sales motion with strong process discipline
  • Hands-on coaching skills with a track record of driving accountability and team performance
  • Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and key sales metrics
  • Data-driven mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Ability to work out of the Salt Lake City office four days per week
