About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of marketers to drive product intensity and multi-product customer retention within the SMB segment.
  • Design and execute complete cross-sell strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
  • Transform customer data and predictive models into targeted interventions that increase ARPU and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams such as pricing, business intelligence, data science, and sales to develop integrated growth strategies.
  • Act as a strategic thought leader, providing storytelling and presentations to garner buy-in from senior leadership.
  • Identify customer pain points and drive continuous improvements to the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to leverage segmentation models and customer journey insights.
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and building inclusive team cultures.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills to navigate cross-functional leadership groups.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities to link recommendations to specific business goals.
  • Persuasive communication skills, with the ability to be clear, concise, and articulate to all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over customer lifecycle outcomes and portfolio performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, product management, or program management.
  • Experience in B2B, SMB, or subscription-based business models.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, segmentation modeling, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience executing large-scale strategic initiatives or managing pricing and product decisions.
