Manager, SMAI

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a team of Software Engineers, owning team performance and enabling career development
• Provide expert architectural, functional, and process guidance on technical approaches and capabilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal technical partners to understand needs and develop efficient solutions
• Partner with architects to maintain a 3-year roadmap that aligns with departmental strategic plans
• Lead teams in iterative product development using agile methodologies and lean principles
• Work within cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments with a quality-first approach

Requirements

• Proven experience in Software Engineering management
• Strong ability to provide architectural and functional guidance
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Lean principles
• Experience with roadmap development and strategic planning
• Ability to lead and mentor technical talent in a fast-paced environment
