Manager - Slotting & Inventory Control

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Control and Slotting team across assigned North America Distribution Centers.
• Ensure strict compliance with corporate inventory control policies and oversee cycle count programs.
• Partner with Asset Protection to identify and execute strategies for shrink reduction.
• Collaborate with Inventory Accounting to ensure precise reporting, reconciliation, and execution of inventory adjustments.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive inventory control, slotting, and operational dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Partner with Operations teams to address high-impact SKU slotting and urgent inventory constraints.
• Proactively identify systemic process gaps and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Inventory Control & Slotting.
• 3+ years of experience working in a Distribution Center (DC) or Retail environment.
• Proficiency in WMS, PKMS, Hyperion, Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in slotting, inventory, and business process analysis.
