About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor, and manage 4+ global individual contributors
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support deal cycles, RFPs, and pitches
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise in Braze service offerings
- Conduct discovery with prospective customers to curate tailored project plans
- Lead development of sales go-to-market materials and training
- Gather feedback from sales teams to inform new service package offerings
- Liaise with post-sales leadership to ensure seamless service transitions
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, service delivery, consulting, or business analysis
- Proven experience in people leadership and managing direct reports
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing senior-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Director)
- Ability to travel up to 30% for customer on-site visits
- Strong written and verbal English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Braze tools and services
- Demonstrated experience managing internal and client-facing projects
- Experience in change management
- Business proficiency in additional languages
