About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and manage 4+ global individual contributors
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to support deal cycles, RFPs, and pitches
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in Braze service offerings
  • Conduct discovery with prospective customers to curate tailored project plans
  • Lead development of sales go-to-market materials and training
  • Gather feedback from sales teams to inform new service package offerings
  • Liaise with post-sales leadership to ensure seamless service transitions

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, service delivery, consulting, or business analysis
  • Proven experience in people leadership and managing direct reports
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience managing senior-level stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Director)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer on-site visits
  • Strong written and verbal English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Braze tools and services
  • Demonstrated experience managing internal and client-facing projects
  • Experience in change management
  • Business proficiency in additional languages
