Manager - Service Sales

Responsibilities

• Generate After Market (spares) and retrofit business
• Monitor competitor activities closely
• Retain existing customers and identify new potential customers
• Identify customer needs and engineer adaptations of products, equipment, and services
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to existing and prospective customers
• Prepare sales reports by analyzing sales information and engineering trends
• Utilize CRM tools effectively while adhering to company processes and compliance
• Translate technical expertise into compelling sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Strong knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and internal team interaction
• Experience in Steel, Power, Cement, or Port industries preferred
