About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead maintenance operations and field staff training to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency
  • Manage day-to-day field activities, including employee selection, development, and safety compliance
  • Plan and organize service activities to meet customer needs and company standards
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources, including manpower and materials
  • Conduct field education training to improve efficiencies, manage route schedules, and reduce callback rates
  • Provide technical support to field staff and authorize repair orders to drive communication and efficiency

Requirements

  • High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience managing a team of technicians and demonstrated leadership skills
  • Direct experience within the elevator industry is required
  • Strong computer, technology, and business acumen skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
