About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations and field staff training to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency
- Manage day-to-day field activities, including employee selection, development, and safety compliance
- Plan and organize service activities to meet customer needs and company standards
- Ensure effective allocation of resources, including manpower and materials
- Conduct field education training to improve efficiencies, manage route schedules, and reduce callback rates
- Provide technical support to field staff and authorize repair orders to drive communication and efficiency
Requirements
- High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience managing a team of technicians and demonstrated leadership skills
- Direct experience within the elevator industry is required
- Strong computer, technology, and business acumen skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
