Manager, Service Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-PTO service coordination function, overseeing workflows from intake through site visit scheduling and invoicing
• Manage and develop a team of Team Leads and Service Project Coordinators
• Drive performance against core operational metrics including resolution timelines, partner SLA adherence, and cost of service
• Oversee the service partner ecosystem, including onboarding, performance management, and regular business reviews
• Partner with senior leadership on partner strategy, network expansion, and pricing optimization
• Define and continuously improve service coordination workflows, SOPs, and operational standards
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define system requirements and automation opportunities within Salesforce
• Act as the escalation point for complex or high-impact service issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential solar installation
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams in a service, operations, or field coordination environment
• Experience leading operational functions with accountability for KPIs
• Experience working with third-party service providers or contractor networks
• Proficiency with CRM and field service management platforms (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud)
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data for decision-making
• BS/BA degree preferred
