About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage complex service configurations including fees, limits, and control parameters across internal and external systems
- Oversee third-party vendors, defining and enforcing SLAs to guarantee optimal platform performance
- Direct end-to-end payroll processing and WPS file submissions in compliance with UAE Central Bank and MOHRE regulations
- Manage daily card operations including issuance, activation, transaction processing, and chargeback lifecycles
- Coordinate with IT and Product teams to manage system enhancements and new platform releases
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and change logs
- Lead operational escalation management and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for service issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with card processing platforms and payroll/WPS systems
- In-depth knowledge of card schemes including Visa, Mastercard, and Jaywan
- Proven experience managing third-party vendors and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Strong technical writing skills for composing SOPs and operational manuals
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage priorities under strict regulatory deadlines
