About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery aligns with stakeholder expectations and agreed deliverables
- Lead and manage small project teams (typically <4 resources) and oversee project budgets
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and identifying future business opportunities
- Apply business analysis and optimization skills to solve complex organizational challenges
- Conduct data-driven decision-making using statistical analysis, data visualization, and requirement gathering
- Create and deliver impactful presentations that translate complex service transformations into clear value propositions
- Identify and share market trends, regulatory guidance, and sector-specific insights to enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role solving problems in a structured and methodical way
- Proven expertise in business process mapping, data visualization, and statistical analysis
- Experience in service transformation or business optimization
- Ability to lead small teams and manage budgets effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex messages to diverse audiences
- A proactive, inquisitive, and user-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer contact centre environments
- Expertise in customer journey mapping, market research, and customer segmentation
