Manager Service Delivery

Responsibilities

• Execute the Service Delivery strategy for assigned customers to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
• Utilize operations dashboards and internal analytics to identify service gaps and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and the management of team KPIs
• Serve as the key operational contact for customer service delivery needs
• Lead, mentor, and coach direct reports through regular feedback and personal development plans
• Manage team resources, schedules, and onboarding processes to ensure consistent account coverage

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (a blend of education and work experience may be considered)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and/or customer/client-facing roles
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams
• Ability to travel up to 10% both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Standard Practices and Operational Excellence methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and business acumen skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
