Manager & Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead or support business and technology transformation programs, managing scope, budget, and resourcing to ensure profitable delivery.
• Frame complex, ambiguous problems and design operating models that enable clients to achieve strategic objectives.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate customer needs and transformation goals into actionable roadmaps and business cases.
• Advise on technology, architecture, and platform decisions to support lasting business outcomes.
• Leverage AI to improve the quality and efficiency of delivery and help clients adopt emerging technologies.
• Grow existing accounts and contribute to new business opportunities through proposals and relationship building.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing project teams, taking accountability for the quality of their work.

Requirements

• 6 to 15 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, digital/technology strategy, or transformation.
• Proven experience leading or contributing to complex business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud, data, AI, and emerging technologies, and their ability to create business value.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing engagement financials and contributing to business development.

• A strong perspective on how AI can enhance organizational value and team productivity.
• Exposure to customer experience, service design, or Agile ways of working.
