Manager/Senior Manager, Partnerships - Consumer Lending

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sales and growth initiatives for the consumer lending business
• Evaluate and forge alliances with financial institutions, including banks and NBFCs, to meet platform supply requirements
• Partner with the category team to identify partner funnel issues and improve success rates
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion through product, policy, and data science interventions
• Manage account governance, including monthly planning, tracking repayments, and monitoring portfolio collections
• Drive product and engineering tracks that act as growth enablers for business expansion

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in driving enterprise partnerships and managing high-value accounts
• Deep expertise within the fintech or lending ecosystem
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver scalable revenue outcomes
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution-based selling skills
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex deal cycles
• Strong understanding of the lending landscape and digital lending innovations
