Manager/Senior Manager – OEM Sales

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Flow controls OEM programs to drive business growth from OEM customers
• Build, grow, and retain strategic relationships with key OEMs in India
• Collaborate with regional sales, application engineers, and operations teams to meet annual business goals
• Determine OEM buying patterns and implement effective stocking plans
• Identify white space opportunities and generate business from new OEM accounts
• Manage the opportunity funnel in CRM, including RFQs and techno-commercial offers
• Lead a group of Application Engineers to optimize product selection and gain competitive advantage
• Manage pricing and maintain regularized ARCs with key customers
• Coordinate marketing, technology seminars, and training sessions with key OEMs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of work experience in the Control Valve Industry (Sales or Application Engineering)
• Excellent knowledge of Fisher products and solutions
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical acumen
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or working in high-level collaborative leadership roles
• Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans
• Hands-on experience with CRM, FF2, and Oracle reports
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward shared organizational goals
