Manager/Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts and managers on strategic projects and requests from top management
• Drive internal performance analysis, including trends and scenario planning, to support corporate goal setting
• Conduct industry and competitor data analysis to define business priorities and key issues
• Develop draft business strategies and high-quality materials for senior stakeholders
• Organize Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other key team ceremonies such as townhalls
• Track Objective and Key Results (OKRs) and conduct deep-dives on strategic topics
• Coach team members on data gathering and SQL queries to support analytical work

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Management Consulting (strong plus)
• Experience in a similar strategic role, ideally within technology or travel sectors
• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to drive projects independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL or Tableau
• Willingness to learn data visualization and querying tools
