Manager, Security Technology

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and technical specialists across EMEA, providing coaching and career development.
• Own the EMEA physical security technology roadmap, setting strategic priorities aligned with business growth and risk posture.
• Drive portfolio-level delivery for access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection programs to ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
• Serve as the senior stakeholder interface, translating technical security needs into business cases for regional leadership, legal, and finance partners.
• Manage vendor strategy, including contract negotiation, partner selection, and SLA governance.
• Ensure regional regulatory compliance across EMEA markets, including GDPR and ISO 27001.

Requirements

• Significant experience in people management, with a track record of leading technical or project management teams across diverse geographies.
• Strong expertise in physical security technology portfolios, including Video Surveillance, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection.
• Proven capability in budget ownership and managing multi-million-pound program budgets.
• Extensive experience in program management and utilizing portfolio-level tooling such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active PMP, PRINCE2, or APM certification.
• Professional certifications in platforms such as Genetec, Axis, Software House, or OpenPath.
• A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
