Manager - Security Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Information Security team, providing effective leadership and mentorship
• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard organizational assets
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance
• Manage and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into overall organizational strategy
• Train and educate employees on security best practices to foster a security-conscious culture
• Maintain strong relationships with external security partners and vendors

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a security operations management role
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including SIEM, firewalls, and encryption
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in application deployment, project management, and service level management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
