Manager, Securities Settlements

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned operations to ensure high operational efficiency, cost control, and superior customer service.
• Manage and develop subordinate staff through effective coaching, performance appraisals, and capacity management.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate significant operational and regulatory risks within assigned units.
• Implement opportunities for improvements in productivity, control, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the resolution of operational problems to prevent recurrence and ensure adherence to Bank regulations.
• Execute business objectives and strategies while staying abreast of industry changes and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role.
• Proven experience in coaching staff and conducting performance appraisals.
• Strong knowledge of securities industry regulations and global industry standards.
• Proficiency with industry systems such as Broadridge (ADP), GLOSS, or ION.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with senior management and global custodians.
