Manager, SEC Reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate, timely, and compliant SEC filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements
• Review and provide input for investor relations earnings release presentations and non-GAAP reporting
• Monitor and interpret changes in SEC regulations and accounting standards to implement necessary reporting updates
• Assist with technical accounting research and the preparation of technical memos
• Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits to ensure timely issue resolution
• Support consolidations, month-end close processes, and the preparation of monthly GAAP cash flow statements
• Facilitate continuous improvement in reporting processes, systems, and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (with an accounting concentration) and 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years of financial reporting
• OR a Master's Degree in Accounting with 3+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification
• Proficiency with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Workiva
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
• Ability to work independently and take initiative for process improvements
• High level of discretion when handling confidential financial material
