About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all non-academic functions including administration, facilities, health & safety, and service providers
- Support the Principal in delivering operational excellence and achieving strategic goals
- Lead support teams and manage external vendors and service contracts
- Manage school budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain high health and safety standards across the campus
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably within the education or service sector
- Proven experience managing budgets, large teams, and external contractors
- Strong understanding of facilities management and school operations
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
