Manager Schedule Planning

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver economically and operationally optimized passenger and cargo schedules
• Manage short-term schedule delivery, including re-fleeting, capacity optimization, and operational integrity
• Oversee long-term (6-12 months) schedule planning to maximize profitability and ensure operational compliance
• Recommend capacity optimization initiatives and changes to senior management
• Lead annual budget schedule development and long-term (5- and 10-year) fleet strategy integration
• Coordinate with key stakeholders including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Operations, and Finance
• Protect and enhance the airline's slot portfolio
• Ensure timely and accurate publication of prime, codeshare, and marketing flight schedules
• Manage ad-hoc charter requests to add value without compromising operations

Requirements

• At least 5 years of schedule planning experience with a reputable airline
• Proven ability in developing, presenting, and supporting business cases
• Experience in staff management and project management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Planning, Analytics, or a similar discipline
