Manager - SAP SD

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration of core SD components, including Enterprise Structure, item categories, schedule lines, and Master Data.
• Manage and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, covering quotations, sales order processing, shipping, delivery, and billing.
• Draft detailed Functional Specification (FS) documents for RICEFW objects to guide technical ABAP developers.
• Support S/4HANA "Greenfield" implementations or system conversions, applying simplifications like Business Partner (BP) and FSCM Credit Management.
• Execute unit testing, Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with MM, FI, and PP teams to ensure seamless cross-module process integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, BCA/MCA, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–12+ years of functional experience in SAP SD.
• Proven expertise in baseline configuration and RICEFW objects.
• Proficiency in technical integrations using IDocs/EDI for seamless data exchange.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• S/4HANA Sales certification.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
• Deep understanding of condition techniques for pricing and output determination.
