Manager, SAP S4 Public Cloud Asset Management (A2R) Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset to Retire (A2R) workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, managing end-to-end asset lifecycle scenarios.
• Manage the mapping, design, and configuration of Asset Management and Asset Accounting processes, including asset classes, depreciation, and integration with Financial Accounting.
• Deliver A2R scope and milestones by collaborating with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, and Project teams.
• Supervise the creation of high-quality design artifacts, configuration documentation, and testing assets.
• Assist in ERP discovery and architecture assessments by documenting current state processes and identifying future state A2R architecture.
• Support business development efforts through proposal content contribution and client presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of recent experience in external management consulting.
• At least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations with responsibility for A2R and Asset Accounting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Asset Accounting configuration (asset classes, depreciation areas, investment measures, etc.).
• Proven delivery execution skills across SAP Activate phases, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to 80%.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Master's degree or CPA certification from an accredited college or university.
