Manager - SAP

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP IS-U and CRM systems to support customer service meter-to-cash business processes.
• Define and deliver the IT Applications Roadmap aligned with business area strategies and priorities.
• Direct projects and business initiatives requiring the implementation of SAP changes.
• Serve as the SAP subject-matter expert for IS-U modules and technologies.
• Manage the implementation of medium to large-scale SAP solutions and projects.
• Conduct governance meetings with business leads to review roadmaps, portfolios, and SLA adherence.
• Manage the annual demand process and prioritize the application backlog.
• Oversee daily management of staff, including internal IT personnel and external consultants.
• Manage application maintenance, support requests, and external vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience supporting meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience working in support of retail access and device management teams.
• Experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Relationship Manager, or in an IT consulting role.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and resolving day-to-day technical issues.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field of study.
• Prior formal project management experience.
