Manager SAP MDG/MDM

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions for Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance master data domains
• Gather and assess business requirements to define governance processes, data models, and workflows
• Develop MDG frameworks encompassing data modelling, UI, BRF+ rules, validations, derivations, and replication
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data stewards, and developers
• Drive data quality initiatives, data migration efforts, and ongoing governance practices
• Lead the integration of MDG with both SAP and non-SAP systems
• Support special data governance initiatives, audits, and new domain rollouts
• Provide continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the MDG environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MDG, MDM, and Data Governance
• Proven experience working in a highly regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical industry)
• Experience contributing to international SAP transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage
