Manager - SAP EAM/PM

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM/PM client engagements across solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional designs, technical specifications, and scalable SAP EAM/PM solutions.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA EAM programs, including greenfield implementations, brownfield transformations, and system upgrades.
• Design integrated business processes across SAP EAM/PM and adjacent modules such as Materials Management, Quality Management, and Production Planning.
• Facilitate client workshops, lead design sessions, and advise business stakeholders through requirements, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Mentor junior practitioners and contribute to proposal development and reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree plus 10+ years of SAP, ERP, or consulting experience.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in a professional services or internal consulting environment.
• 5+ years of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) configuration experience.
• 3+ years of SAP EAM/PM business process design experience.
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs.
• Participation in at least 4 full lifecycle SAP EAM/PM implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Asset Manager, or SAP Intelligent Asset Management.
• Experience in industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, utilities, manufacturing, or life sciences.
• Current SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, EAM, or Plant Maintenance.
