About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of developers to deliver complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
- Define technical architecture and oversee end-to-end project delivery
- Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions within the SFMC ecosystem
- Drive product implementation and customization initiatives for major clients
- Establish best practices for testing, maintaining, and optimizing client applications
- Mentor junior and senior developers to foster continuous learning
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical roadmap planning
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive developer experience
- 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role within an agency or consulting environment
- Deep expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Adstudio, Social Studio, and Einstein
- Mastery of SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript
- Experience with Workflow Engines, HTML, and CSS
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills

- Strong marketing domain knowledge
