Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of skilled developers within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
• Define technical architecture and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex SFMC projects
• Translate advanced client requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
• Guide the team in developing automations and approving technical specifications, estimates, and deployment plans
• Drive product implementation and customization initiatives for major clients
• Establish and ensure adherence to best practices for testing, maintaining, and optimizing client applications
• Lead stakeholder communication and champion agile methodologies
• Mentor and develop junior and senior developers
• Contribute to solution architecture and technical roadmap planning

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive developer experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship capacity within an agency or consulting environment
• Deep architectural and hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Advanced knowledge of Adstudio, Social Studio, and Einstein
• Mastery of SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript
• Experience with Workflow Engines, HTML, and CSS
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English

• Strong marketing domain knowledge
