Manager Sales Training

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute all aspects of training for global field-based employees within the Molecular Diagnostics division.
• Manage budgets for New Hire Training, Strategic Selling, and Training & Development programs.
• Develop and maintain content for molecular learning platforms, including product understanding and sales strategies.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and assess their selling skills and knowledge.
• Identify future training needs and create curricula to facilitate necessary skill development.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales Directors to deliver training for new product launches.
• Maintain repositories for competency measures, certification results, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Business or Organizational Development preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Medical or Diagnostics Sales.
• Experience designing and administrating learning management systems (Seismic Learning preferred).
• Demonstrated excellence in leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of field coaching experience.
• 2+ years of dedicated training experience.
• Previous people management experience.
• Experience designing and implementing training curricula.
• Experience delivering effective virtual and in-person training.
